The people on your board
Add everyone who appears in your child’s week: kids, parents, grandparents, sitters, therapists. A real photo matters; a familiar face is the whole point.
How your labels get used: the role decides where a face can appear (a kid gets a color instead of a face chip). Also known as teaches the board your family’s shorthand, so an event called “Grandma pickup” shows Grandma’s photo under the school icon. Kid colors become the border that says whose event it is.

Connect the calendars your week already lives in. We only ever read them; we never add, change, or delete anything.

Where do I find my calendar link?
Apple Calendar (iPhone/Mac): Calendar app → tap the info icon next to the calendar → turn on Public Calendar → Share Link. It starts with webcal://, paste it as is.
Google Calendar: Settings → your calendar → Integrate calendar → copy the Secret address in iCal format.
School apps (ParentSquare and similar) usually offer a “subscribe” or “iCal feed” link in their calendar section.
Privacy setting: a calendar set to “Only pickups, activities and absences” contributes nothing else to the board. Use it for a parent’s personal calendar so work stays invisible.
